The Square-Locked tube/ conduit is produced from a continues metal strip which is locked into position by one overlapping joint. The highly flexible tube provides excellent mechanical protection and will fully extend or compress without binding. This light-weight tube is non-kinking and can be bent to any angle with hardly any slack.

Its small size and ruggedness makes it ideal for protecting fiber optic bundles and sensor cables, medical equipments, robotics, fiber scopes, or light guides. Square-Locked tubes are available in various materials and optional sheathing.

Two stainless steel wires are inserted into the spiral valley of the Square-Locked tube, for achiving a greater bending radius. By changing the rod and wire size, any desired bending radius can be made. The Square-Locked Double Spring Tube can be made ultra-light and strong by adding a rod of titanium. The double spring stainless steel wires produces a stable outer tube diameter and superior mechanical protection.
